Summary of Role
Lead the Caffe by illy guest experience, coffee delivery, and guest service. Train and motivate other associates for coffee operations while supporting the Members House and The Parlour experiences.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience and showcase guest service excellence based on brand guidelines and service basics.
● Train baristas on coffee creation of the illy coffee experience.
● Track and receive coffee and related inventory.
● Merchandise café.
● Drive operational excellence.
● Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet brand standards.
● Handle and maintain all equipment.
● Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate procedures.
● Lead cleaning, opening / closing standards to ensure a clean, organized, well-operated environment. Other Responsibilities
● Support an exceptional Members House experience.
● Support The Parlour and open to learning about cigars.

● Demonstrate excellence in delivering exceptional guest service.

● Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and nurture others.
● Ability to drive operating standards and processes. Attention to details.
● Entrepreneurial mindset.
● 3+ years barista experience preferred.
● Retail, hospitality, and/or customer facing experience preferred.
● Young at heart but with an “old soul” mentality.

SUMMARY OF ROLE
Guide members, guests, and fellow associates in the education, selection, and experiences of the Cigar experience. Serve and support the overall experiences of The Parlour, Cafe by illy, and Private Members House.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Educate, guide, and delight members and guests about the Cigar selection and smoking experiences.
● Be the resident expert of At Earth’s End Princeton cigar strategy, offerings, and cigar customers.
● Create a premium, boutique, delightful Parlour guest experience that is the most preferred cigar destination in the market.
● Analyze and manage the cigar business operations for your location.
● Curate and operate the Humidors based on brand strategy and local preferences.
● Create user tasting experiences and events.
● Train fellow associates on all things cigars.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
● Support an exceptional Members House experience.
● Support illy caffe and open to learning about coffee.
